Our leadership team—including the Director of Operations, Vocational Rehabilitation Manager, and DSP Manager—brings over seven years of direct experience supporting individuals with disabilities as Job Coaches, Skills Trainers, and Job Developers through a Transition Program here in the Cincinnati area. Our VR Manager is a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP), ensuring our services meet national standards for ethical, person-centered employment support.
