PROGRAM OVERVEIW
Our Adult Day Services are designed to support individuals in developing the skills and experiences necessary for greater independence, community engagement, and personal growth. Through a person-centered planning process, each individual collaborates with their support team to identify strengths, assess areas for growth, and establish a customized service plan that reflects their goals and preferences.
Services focus on habilitation and include training in:
- Time and money management
- Personal hygiene and wellness
- Social communication and relationship-building
- Navigating public transportation
- Community safety and participation
Participants engage in meaningful, community-based experiences—including volunteering in their communities—to build workplace etiquette, explore career interests, and practice real-world skills in inclusive settings. These opportunities promote increased self-confidence, community membership, and pathways toward competitive integrated employment.
Progress is reviewed regularly by the individual and their team to ensure services remain aligned with evolving goals and support needs.
