Summer 2025

During each session we offer preschool campers engaging, developmentally appropriate theme-based activities in our safe environment, that will give you the peace of mind you need when sending your preschoolers to our camp. LAC is a great way of transitioning to and getting acclimated to a world with peers and grownups that are not related to them. The kids will have fun while practicing important skills like teamwork, coordination, self-confidence, learning and following rules as well as taking responsibility for their belongings (backpack and water bottle).

• 2 YGT Staff Members ○ Lead - Masters Degree in Early Childhood Special Education 
• Snack will be provided

VP Moves 

VP Moves Classes are 60 minutes of high-intensity interval training, fitness,

strength training, and games. 

VP Flow

 Our VP Flow Classes are 45 minutes of yoga with an additional 15 minutes dedicated

to cardiorespiratory training

(walk/run).

VP Walking Club

60 minute class that includes a

warm-up & stretching, followed

by walking and sharing of ideas,

feelings, and thoughts.
